Refund policy

RETURNS

You have the right, under the distance selling act to refuse/return an unwanted item within 7 days. The 7 day period begins on the day of delivery. The liability for the return postage is yours.

If you have received an item that is damaged or faulty, you must notify us as soon as you have received it, under these circumstances we will supply a return label.

Please note that personalised items are non-refundable under any circumstances as they are supplied to order.

 

GUARANTEE

We offer a 12 month guarantee on all items, however should you have issues with your item past this please let us know and dependent on the situation we will aim to assist if possible as customer service is top of our agenda.

 

DELIVERY ISSUES

Any missing/damaged/incorrect items from your order must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt to receive a replacement, refund or gift voucher. Items will be replaced at no cost to you once we received evidence of damaged goods via email, please contact us and we can discuss the process. Claims after this period will not be honoured.
